DESCRIPTION:Thank you for participating in the ECNS 2023 at Garching/ Germ
 any!The MLZ was delighted to host the Eighth European Conference on Neutro
 n Scattering after successful events at Interlaken 1996\, Budapest 1999\, 
 Montpellier 2003\, Lund 2007\, Prag 2011\, Zaragoza 2015\, and St. Petersb
 urg 2019. The conference took place at the TUM Department of Mechanical E
 ngineering and the new Science Congress Center Munich - both located in th
 e immediate vicinity of the MLZ at Garching.539 participants from all over
  Europe (and some also from Asia\, America and Australia!)\, 165 talks\, a
 nd 277 posters showed the broadness of the neutron scattering community an
