Description

We are able to perform measurements for defect analysis by using a monoenergetic positron beam for Doppler-broadening spectroscopy.
The positrons are provided by a β$^+$ radio-isotope and moderated in a 1 µm tungsten mono-crystal.
Recent measurements include defect studies on tungsten mono-crystals, tungsten oxide films, Al alloys, and NV centers.
