Description

Most of industrial materials are multi-phase system. You may think that their mixed states are too complexed to be characterized by small-angle scattering, which is just a curve with strange looking. Yes, it is, but it includes a lot of practical information for understanding materials and taking those information up quite easily, even just by looking. In this talk, I will present the results of Small-angle X-ray and Neutron Scattering of oxide dispersed steels, aluminum alloys and some examples from food. Most of the data were obtained by laboratory high-energy SAXS and some data from our in-house SANS system.
