Students are requested to stay for the full length of the workshop. PC for presentation is available.
VISA information:
Please contact Christiane Cloarec if you need an invitation letter. Switzerland is a member of Schengen. Schengen-VISA are accepted, if no restriction is stated on it.
Hotel Rigi Kulm (for privat extensions on your own expense, please contact directly the hotel, VISA/Mastercard accepted).
Currency is Schweizer Franken (CHF), the last cash machines you can find in the city of Arth-Goldau.
Our service starts on Tuesday with the welcome at 2 pm and ends on Friday after lunch. All meals and drinks (one non alcoholic during lunch/one beer or wine during dinner) are included, Vegetarians/vegans: please notify the staff of the hotel if special meals are requested.
Infrastructure at the hotel/seminar:
free WLAN in the lobby, beamer, PC for presentations (Windows XP with MS-powerpoint, 4:3, minimum font size 18 for text and graphics, introduce all abbreviations used)
Accommodation:
Double rooms for students: please arrange yourself on arrival to find a room-mate (no rooms will be allocated in advance).
Clothing:
PLEASE BRING YOUR MAMASELF SWEATSHIRT!
Be aware that we are in an alpine environment in high elevation. It can be cold and snowy as well as sunny and warm. Check the weather forecast carefully! Walking shoes are recommended when leaving the hotel area. Hiking on your own risk!

Corona regulations:
We recommend that every participant takes a COVID antigentest before arrival for our all safety. Further we recommend to wear a face mask in the conference room and where you cannot keep distance.
