A satellite Workshop to MLZ Conference “Neutrons for Energy Storage” on grazing incidence small-angle neutron scattering (GISANS) and reflectivity is organised by the Data Evaluation Group. It will take place on June 3rd 2024 in Garching at the Glaspalast. This workshop will consist of fundamental lectures on reflectometry and GISANS and include demonstration of software developed at MLZ. MLZ instrument scientists and the Scientific Computing group will give tutorials and demos. This workshop aims to demonstrate the potential of GISANS and reflectivity techniques for energy materials. The participants will learn how reflectivity and grazing incidence small-angle neutron scattering can be simulated and analysed using the BornAgain and Anaklasis software.
