MLZ Conference “Neutrons for Energy” 18.-21. July 2016 Please note, that at present the hotel is fully booked.
Therefore, we can only accept registrations without accomodation. If you want to participate and wish to stay at the conference hotel, please send an e-mail to neutrons-for-energy@fz-juelich.de. We will put you on the waiting list and in case a room is cancelled will then try to book you in.
The registration fee includes accommodation (3 nights, Kurtaxe included) and all meals at the Wyndham Grand from Monday midday till Thursday afternoon. It also covers the Conference excursion and the Conference Dinner. Water/juice drinks for lunch is included. All other beverages are at the participant's own expense.
You will be asked to register in INDICO prior to the registration to the conference. This will ensure that you can modify your data later on and/or will allow you to submit an abstract.
If you encounter problems during registration please contact neutrons-for-energy@fz-juelich.de Please note that, in case you depart on the 22nd of July, we will have to charge the extra evening meal and extra night apart (Regular participant: 110 Eu; Student: 75 Eu).
