Description

The JCNS and TUM sample environment (SE) groups together with the Neutron Methods group are organizing an MLZ internal meeting on sample environment on 27.11.23 as a full day event. In this meeting we would like to address the following three main topics:

1. News from the sample environment groups (recently developed/purchased equipment, high pressure activities at JCNS, etc.)
2. Development of a science-based roadmap for MLZ sample environment
3. Organizational aspects of future sample environment developments

In order to involve as many MLZ scientists as possible in a structured way, you will be approached by your science group coordinators regarding the preparation towards a science-based SE roadmap. We hope that many of you will be able to participate in the meeting.
