Submission of Participation Form A request for participation will only be accepted if the Participation Form (Form A) is endorsed by the competent national authority (e.g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Atomic Energy Authority) and transmitted to the IAEA through the established official channels by 12 June 2017. Persons from the IAEA Member States or invited international organizations are eligible to attend. Participants should be actively involved in the subject matter of the meeting. All persons wishing to participate in the work of this meeting are requested to complete a Participation Form (Form A) and arrange for it to be sent as soon as possible to the IAEA through the established official channels. Participants whose nominations have been received by the IAEA will receive further details approximately six weeks before the opening of the meeting.
