The registration fee includes accommodation (4 nights, Kurtaxe included) all meals and coffee breaks at the Wyndham Grand from Monday evening till Friday noon Water and juices for lunches/ dinners are included - all other beverages are at the participant's own expense: you will be charged directly by the hotel. conference trip conference dinner Please note that in case you ask us to book additional nights before or after the conference, you have to pay that directly at the hotel. On Monday, participants are welcome to come together for a buffet from 19:00 on. Registration and programme will start on Tuesday morning. You will be asked to register in INDICO prior to the registration to the conference. This will ensure that you can modify your data later on and/or will allow you to submit an abstract.
