Remission of conference fee for undergraduate students
All undergraduate students are also warmly invited to participate in this conference. When registering until Oct 15th, 2022 and handing in a letter of recommendation from one's supervisor in addition to the proof of matriculation, the conference fee will be remitted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received before or on January 20th, 2023, otherwise the full conference fee is valid to cover our costs.
