Description
The discussion of the Digital Agenda attracts lots of attention to potential challenges and opportunities for science. In this presentation I want to focus on these aspects for computational science and data science. I will address the question of reproducibility of scientific results, and the related question of
re-usability of published results and re-use of data sets. With some focus on data analysis of large data sets from research facilities, I will also discuss data policy, scientific, technical and social challenges that we need to address.
