Conference Fee

The conference fee includes the welcome, all coffee breaks as well as the conference dinner on September 18^th, 2018.

Remission of conference fee and financial support for students

All students below PhD-students are also warmly invited to participate in this conference. When registering until May 04^th, 2018 and handing in a letter of recommendation from one's supervisor in addition to the proof of matriculation, the conference fee will be remitted. You can even ask for some financial support for travel costs. Decisions about this will be sent out on May 18^th, 2018. All students registering after May 04^th will have to pay €75. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received before or on July 20^th, 2018, otherwise the full conference fee is valid to cover our costs.
